Zoey 101 is an American comedy television series created by Dan Schneider for Nickelodeon. The show originally aired from January 9, 2005 to May 2, 2008. The show revolves around Zoey Brooks (Jamie Lynn Spears), her brother Dustin (Paul Butcher) and their friends. The story unfolds as students attend Pacific Coast Academy, a fictional school. Boarding schools in Southern California.
“Zoe 101” was filmed at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California during production, before moving to Valencia beginning in its third season. Notably, it became Nickelodeon’s most expensive production ever, as it was shot entirely on location in Malibu.
