Developed by a passionate group of independent graphic artists and developers who share a common interest in 3D puzzle games and the genius of Leonardo da Vinci, “Da Vinci House” was acquired via Kickstarter in 2016 received initial funding and is supported by a community of 2,391 adventure game enthusiasts.

The funding enables Blue Brain Games to bring a story-driven puzzle adventure game to life, weaving together history, intrigue and complex gameplay mechanics. The game’s success spawned two sequels, 2019’s Da Vinci House 2 and 2022’s Da Vinci House 3, expanding players’ exploration of this mysterious universe and solidifying the series As a pair of puzzle adventure genre.

Da Vinci’s House 2 Guide

• Keep going while zooming in and talking to Leonardo. He will present a challenge for you to participate.
• Return to the gazebo and approach the table. There, read the letter left by Leonardo. Remove the PRAYER NUT (A) from under the pillow.
• In your inventory, open the two halves of the Prayer Nut and remove the star-shaped handle located at the bottom.
• Zoom in on the table. You’ll notice two notches in its center. Insert the star-shaped handle into these notches and turn it clockwise until a special mechanism appears on the table. Amplify the mechanism.
• Click on the highlighted part of the mechanic to launch the first puzzle.
• Align the symbols that appear with the corresponding labels below. For example, if the symbol is two circles and a diamond, find the corresponding label and place the symbol with these shapes above it. All symbols can be moved around the circle and rearranged as needed.
• After completing the first puzzle, the mechanic will fold, unfold, and reveal the second puzzle. Amplify it.
• Your goal is to arrange the spheres on the abacus so that they cover all the apples in the background. Please see the screenshot provided for the correct solution. Note that when placing the sphere you will need to rotate and flip the account in different directions.
• Once both puzzles are solved, a new structure will replace the mechanism on the table. Retrieve the structure to obtain the mechanical part (B).
• Turn the camera to the left (1) and zoom in on the drawer handle. Try to rotate it, but you’ll find a vase on the right blocking your path.
• Unfold the drawer top and slide the slide to the left (2). Open the cover to reveal the mechanism (3) without parts underneath.
• Pull the ring and lift the drawer lid. Zoom in on the center panel (C). Time travel using Oculus Perpetua using the sketches in Giacomo’s notebook.
• Check the center plate again. Set the desired shapes in the corners, copying the composition of the sketches in the notebook. The correct configuration is described in the screenshot. This action blocks the vase on the right.
• Zoom in on the marked handle on the bench. Move the engraved trim to the right and lower the slider.
• Move the slider under the workbench handle to the right, causing the disk to drop. Collect the Roman Numeral Disk from the slot. Return to the present with Oculus Perpetua.
• Enlarge the left drawer cover and place the Roman numeral disc on it. Rotate the disc and arrange the numbers on the disc into the slots so that the sum of each two adjacent numbers matches the number indicated on the lid. The correct arrangement is V, III, II, I in clockwise order.
• Once the numbers are arranged correctly, the lid will lift up. Take the medallion from underneath. Remove the fasteners from the medal in your inventory to receive the unfolded medal.
• Place the unfolded medal on top of the right cabinet.
• Draw a continuous line across the field, making sure the red line connects all the constellations without breaking or overlapping. Use the disc on the door leaf to move the character based on the clues in Giacomo’s notebook. A solution is provided in the screenshot.
• After successfully completing the constellation puzzle, a piece of the puzzle will slide out from below. Get it to get the Gear Plate (D).
• Zoom into the puzzle inside the open cabinet door. Rearrange the levers so they are all at the same level. The correct solution is shown in the screenshot.
• One side of the extended table displays the zodiac signs. In order of the zodiac signs, follow the order provided in Giacomo’s notebook: Aries, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius, Gemini, Pisces. Travel back in time with Oculus Perpetua.
• Enlarge the grille and place the gear unit on it.
• Rotate the disk and place the spheres to cover all circles on the grid. As shown in the screenshot, this solution requires rotating four small circles and the larger surrounding circle.
• Open the gate, walk forward, and turn left. Approach the tree and observe the birdcage. Expand the room and enlarge the front wall of the cage. Adjust the discs on the wall to align the geometry correctly. The colors of the shapes and the arrows pointing to them should match. See screenshot for final configuration.
• Retrieve the FOUR-BLADE TOOL from the now open cage (E). Step back and rotate the cage.
• Zoom into the marked slot and insert the four-length tool (1). Turn counterclockwise (2). Step back and rotate the cage top (3) to release the peacock.
• Turn the peacock’s head forward and grab the peacock’s tail (F).
• Close the camera and door. Zoom in on the puzzle piece on the door.
• Start by aligning the symbols on the clock hands with the symbols on the dial. See screenshot for solution.
• Continue arranging the arrows with symbols in the correct order. The order is marked on stone benches around the tree. Countdown begins with the eye symbol. The solution is also illustrated in the screenshot.
• Successfully completing the puzzle will open the door. Retrieve the wooden hook and return to the gazebo.
• Zoom in on the lock holding the vase. Attach the peacock tail to the lock and twist it to unlock the vase. Turn the handle on the left drawer to move the vase. Return to the present with Oculus Perpetua.
• Collect the WHEEL WITH HANDLE (G). In your inventory, combine the Mechanical Parts and the Wheel with Handle to create a Gear with Handle. Place the gear with handle on the extended table leg to remove the fence and open a new passage. Try to continue.
• However, the gazebo remains stationary. Go down the steps, turn around, zoom in, and take the METAL CARVED DOME (H). Open the metal carved dome in your inventory to retrieve the dome handle.
• Expand the camera and zoom in on the metal tube on the stone. Align the top and bottom patterns of the disk on the tube by rotating the disk. Open the cap of the tube, remove the letter and read it. Lift the slider on the back of the lid to collect the lion head.
• Place the lion head into the top slot of the left mechanism. Move the side pieces to the center and lower your head to continue.
• Rotate the camera to view the central slide-out panel. Take the TROUGLE BEAM from the niche (I) within it. Enlarge the extension panel’s hook and raise it.
• Place the guttered beam into the slot of the dropped panel. Rotate the center slot so it is secured to the beam pole.
