Here’s a simplified walkthrough of the game “Cocoon” to help you progress:

1. Start the game: First run south, then west down some stairs.
2. Activate Purple Buttons: Find a purple button and interact with it using the action button.
3. Explore and activate: Move down the ramp and east to another purple button. Press it and continue north through the open door.
4. Manipulate the Purple Ball: Discover a purple ball that can be dragged. Pull it all the way to the right and step on a purple button.
5. Platform Activation: Head north and press another purple button to activate a platform moving to the right. Once the platform reaches the far right, press the button again and quickly move across it to the south.
6. To use the elevator: Go north to the elevator and hold the action button to go up.
7. Activate the center circle: move west, then south until you encounter the center circle with a T-shaped object. Move through these objects to activate the center circle.
8. Enter the spherical world: Use the center circle to jump in and out of the spherical world. Jump out and grab an orange orb.
9. Open Bridge: Go south, then east, then northeast. You will find a dock. Place the orb on the dock to open the two bridges. Cross the bridge and take the path to the left.
10. Moving platform: Stand on the moving platform, press the button to return to the location of the sphere, grab the sphere, and return to the moving platform. Press the button again to cross the now-deactivated bridge.
11. Purple Pipe: Climb the stairs to the right and place the orb into the purple pipe. Once the door opens, go through it and retrieve your orb.
12. Pipe Switching Puzzle: In this area, place the orb in the northernmost pipe. Quickly step on the right pressure pad to switch pipes and transport the sphere to previously unreachable docks.
13. Cross the Bridge: Cross the newly activated bridge and take the orb. Head northeast to find two docks controlling red walls. Place the sphere on the dock, aligning the gaps in the wall.
14. Jumping Platform: Go north to find the jumping platform. Use it to reach the sphere activator. Place the orb on the dock north of the giant dome.
15. Symbol Sequence: Leave the sphere and head to the platform northwest of the activator. Here you will find five symbols. To figure out their order, drag the ball to the right, look at the symbols from lowest to highest, and determine the order: triangle, hexagon, pentagon, butterfly, rhombus.
16. Launch the drone: After providing the correct command, launch the drone. Take it to the fence to disable it. Then, pick up the orange orb and return it to the activator.
17. Activate Bunker: Place the orb on the activator and use the action button to jump to the last used bunker in that orb.
18. Open the locked door: Head northwest to disable the fence, then east to find the massive locked door. Near the southeast side of the door you’ll find a blue device. Approach it and it will absorb the drone, opening the door.
19. Impassable Canyon: Go north through the open door, then northwest until you encounter an Impassable Canyon.
20. Create a bridge: Go down the ramp and grab the resistance ball on the giant structure. Move it south so that the top aligns with the opening. Release the ball to create a bridge and cross previously impassable gaps.
21. Final step: Use the springboard and another ball (the lifting ball) to move as far north as possible. You’ll reach a bunker and a dock. From the bunker, head north to enter your first boss fight.
22. Boss battle: In the Boss battle, wait for the Boss to dig underground and take out the bomb to attack the Boss. Dodge the boss’s attacks and crystals. Hit the boss twice with a bomb and it will appear as an environment.
23. Defeat the boss: avoid the spinning crystals and use the bomb when it explodes. Bring the bomb to the boss to destroy it and activate the bunker.
24. Complete the game: Use cover to jump out and power the orb. You can now use this orb to follow previously unseen paths in the overworld.
